A TT Copy (Telegraphic Transfer Copy) is the official receipt or deposit slip issued by your local bank after you submit your wire transfer request. Yes, you must upload or email your TT Copy to our sales team immediately after making the transfer. This allows our finance team in Tokyo to track your incoming payment and prevent your invoice from auto-canceling at the 48-hour mark.

No. The buyer bears sole and exclusive individual liability for all local, intermediary, and clearinghouse bank processing fees. The Company must receive the clean, exact invoiced amount down to the single cent; any inbound banking shortfall will pause the transaction and prevent vehicle release. To avoid shipping delays, please instruct your bank teller to select the "OUR" instruction code (meaning the sender covers all destination and middleman bank fees) when making your transfer.

No, we do not issue separate corporate receipts. Your bank’s official remittance statement and telegraphic transfer logs serve as your legally binding proof of payment for both tax and local customs purposes.

No. We will only initiate shipping logistics, book space with ocean carriers, and clear Japanese export customs after our bank officially verifies that your bank wire transfer has fully cleared and settled in our account. We strictly operate on a "payment-first" framework to manage physical vehicle allocations. We will not book a ship or reserve port handling slots based on verbal promises or unverified wire receipts.

A TT copy or bank deposit slip is used strictly to keep your invoice active during the initial 48-hour window. It does not count as cleared funding. International interbank transfers usually take a minimum of three (3) business days to clear into our Tokyo bank account. Your vehicle’s export routing will only begin the exact day the cash successfully settles in full.

FOB (Free on Board): Price of the vehicle only. You are entirely responsible for booking and paying for the ocean shipping vessel yourself.

CFR (Cost and Freight): Price includes the vehicle and the ocean shipping to your destination port.

CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): Price includes the vehicle, ocean shipping, and marine cargo insurance against total loss.

No. We operate strictly as an export booking intermediary and do not own the ocean vessels. Under no circumstances are we liable for cargo delays, port strikes, vessel cancellations, or routing changes. No refunds, discounts, or cancellations are permitted due to logistical delays.

All physical and environmental risks transfer entirely to the buyer the exact millisecond the vehicle’s tires cross the ship’s rail at the export port in Japan. We assume zero liability for ocean damage or port theft. If you purchased CIF shipping, you must file a claim directly with the marine insurance company. If you purchased CFR shipping, you assume all financial loss.

We offer no warranties, returns, or vehicle exchanges whatsoever. All transactions are final. All vehicles and database listings are provided strictly on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. We explicitly disclaim all mechanical or cosmetic warranties, including odometer accuracy or parts durability. We highly advise you to verify all vehicle details with our Tokyo sales team before transferring funds.

No. The Company does not track or assume liability for the individual import restrictions of various foreign countries. It is your sole responsibility to check your local country’s age limits, emissions compliance, and steering wheel configurations (Right-Hand Drive vs. Left-Hand Drive) before buying. If your vehicle is blocked, confiscated, fined, or ordered to be destroyed by your local customs officials, the buyer suffers the entire and exclusive financial loss.

For specific countries, a pre-export inspection (such as JEVIC, QISJ, EAA, or JAAI) is legally mandatory. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to confirm if an inspection is required. Please ensure that you request an inspection-inclusive quote from our staff if your home country enforces this regulation, as failing to inspect a vehicle before it leaves Japan can result in massive customs fines at your destination port.

All original physical paperwork needed to claim and clear the car at your destination port (Original Bill of Lading, Export Certificate, and Commercial Invoice) will be dispatched via secure courier only after full, un-reversed funds have successfully settled in our bank and the ship has officially departed Japan. We retain absolute lien and physical custody rights over the asset until final payment clearing.

To satisfy strict Japanese maritime export statutes and international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, we must verify the true legal identity of our buyers before booking cargo shipments. Per our Privacy Policy, your identity data is heavily encrypted and stored securely for a mandatory period of seven (7) years to comply with corporate tax, audit, and trade laws.
